Stephanie Seymour is having a bad divorce

The former Victoria's Secret model's drinking and drug use have become a critical point of contention in her split from polo-playing Brant. Both had previously been ordered to submit to the tests as part of their split. The couple is due back in court in Stamford, Conn., today.

Lawyer Lacey Bernier, who represents the interests of the Brants' three kids, told the judge she became worried about Seymour's mixing prescription drugs with alcohol after speaking with Seymour's nanny, Cora Driv, Brant's oldest children from his previous marriage, and Seymour's oldest child, Dylan. "All of the kids that I interviewed, they all had memories of her drunk," Bernier testified.
